Youth Classes (ages 12 and Under)

Join us on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 5-6PM for kids aged 6-12 with little or no prior experience. All gear is provided in the class, making it a great introduction to fencing!

Youth Intermediate is for students with prior experience: they have completed a beginner class or have instructor approval.. This session is designed for ages 6-12. Although gear is available, we recommend purchasing some of your own equipment. See our recommendation list here.

Advanced Youth is for students with prior experience or instructor approval that are competing regionally - international level. For ages 6 - 12. Students should have all of their own gear (including electric equipment which is required for this class).

Advanced competitive is for adultstudents with prior experience or instructor approval that are competing regionally - international level. For ages 18+. Students are required to have all of their own gear for competition level events.
Elite Classes
Invitation Only - limited to 10 fencers

Elite class is open to all ages, however it is geared towards the highest level of fencing and achievement. Students are expected to maintain a 4x a week attendance. Students are working towards national and international championship levels (including Olympics, Panamerican zonals, NCAAs, etc.).

Elite fencers can attend an unlimited number of classes and includes 2 private lessons per week. Also includes discounts on additional lessons, camps and clinics. This program is for highly focused individuals with intent to make a world team, get into Div1 / Ivy league colleges or be the best version of yourself while representing your country.
Jacksonville Fencing Club at JCA
Additionally, we are offering a beginner /intermediate class program through the JCA (for ages 6+) - here . This class meets once a week.
